Tattoo Ole’s Return Policy

1. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on

Our return policy lasts for 14 days after purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted.

The transportation costs of the products will be paid by the user himself.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are on sale

Goods ordered through our dropshipping suppliers follow their return policy, which means that Tattoo Ole is not responsible for goods that must be returned and at the same time that the dropshippers may have different conditions on how their goods can and must be refunded.

2. Return process

Once your return is received, we will notify you. The package and its content will be inspected, and we will let you know when the return is approved or rejected within 5 business days.

For items ordered from dropshipping, the item must be returned to the dropshipper and the customer must pay for the shipping of the product himself.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping
